Texas Hold’em Poker

Texas Hold’em Poker is a card game where you’re laying against the banker. Rules are similar to the Texas Hold’em that you can play with your friends or on poker tables. In order to play a hand you have to place a bet on “Ante”. Be careful with the amount placed because all the following bets of this hand will be based on this amount. Let say for example you have placed €1.

The banker will deal then 2 cards (pre-flop). If you decide to enter the game you need to place twice the amount of your “Ante” on “Flop”. The dealer deals 3 cards face up on the table. You and the banker can use those cards to complete your hand. At this stage you can “Call” or “Bet”. Calling means that you continue to play without adding a bet. The banker show another card on the table (called the “River”) and once again you can “Call” or “Bet”. The last card dealt is called the “Turn”. Now you have 7 cards, 2 in your hand and 5 on the table. With this 7 cards you need to complete the best 5 cards hand you can. Your hand is compare to the banker’s hand and if your hand has a higher rank (following the poker hands rankings below) you win. The winnings are twice the amount of all bets placed after the “Ante”.
